Slope Stability 2022 Sponsorship and Attendance

Piteau Associates, a Tetra Tech company, was a proud Diamond level sponsor of the 2022 Slope Stability Symposium.

This prestigious international event was held in Tucson, Arizona, from October 17th – October 20th. There were 20 world-class Geotechnical and Hydrogeological professionals from Piteau Associates in attendance from the Tucson, South Africa, UK, and Canadian offices. We were honored to have four peer-reviewed papers accepted for the symposium authored by our Engineering Group. We were further able to share our expertise on “Integrated Water Management in Underground Mining Project Planning” during a full-day pre-symposium workshop prepared and delivered by our Water Group. This event allowed us the opportunity to connect with our clients, such as Freeport, Rio Tinto, Kinross, NGM, Teck, and many others, to share ideas and contribute to discussions that will help further our success and achieve new goals for our company and within our industry.
